30-Day Return and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at our online chandelier store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy.

 

Returns:

 

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@aiflighting.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

 

3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

 

Refunds:

 

1. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

2. Refund Timeframe: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

 

Exchanges:

 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@aiflighting.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
